The main part of my work consists of digitising and interpretation of both analogue and digital maps and also pictorial material (orthophotos, air photographs, scanned maps etc.) My main software programme for this is ArcView.

Among other things, I havedigitised historical registrationmaps and land valuations (maps from the end of 1700 until the beginning of1800) in connection with ARLAS (Land use and Landscape developement illustrated by scenarios – interaction between nature, agriculture, environment and land management) and Foranderlige landskaber (Changing Landscapes – Center for Strategic Studies in Cultural Environment, Nature and Landscape History).

I have done some data capturing in connection with AGRAR2000

As a yearly recurring project “Control with Remote Sensing of Arable and Forage Land Area based Subsidies”, I have various assignments such as digitising, photo interpretation, training of new employees on the Control and composing a manual for use of the CABS-application.

Further more I have done some elaboration of maps in connection with a technicial report from the National Environmental Research Institute, Denmark (no. 363).“Adjustment of Hunting Aquatic Birds in the Coastal Zone: Experiment with Day and Night Regulation in Eastern part of Northern Jutland.”
