I work primarily with analysis of odour and with technologies to abate emissions of odour, ammonia and other volatile compounds from livestock production.

Previously, I have worked with the following topics:

• manure separation
• composting of wastewater sludge and waste from livestock production
• biogas
• bioethanol
• natural fibres (extraction of flax and other bast fibres for industrial non-textile use)
• calculation of CO2-abatement costs
• uptake of atmospheric methane in soils
