Development of new methods for analysis of cellular immunity and assesment of protective immunity induced by Newcastle disease vaccination

The aim of this project is to contribute to improved assessment of protective immunity induced by Newcastle disease (ND) vaccination with focus on cellular immunity. In the project new reliable methods for analysis of ND specific immune cells will be established using vaccinated layers of different genetic background.
