Gene expression and proteome analysis of cattle

The aim of this project is to establish post-genomictechnology platforms, and to use these technologies to find molecular markers for disease mechanisms in cattle. These technologies include mass spectrometry-based proteomics, and chip-based gene expression analyses.

Responsible: Senior scientist Emøke Bendixen

Project period: 01.01.2005 - 31.12.2006
